Observations: Licensing inspected the rooms of persons in care. Several medicated creams were located in unlocked cabinets in the several rooms of persons in care.
3010 - RCR 68(4)

Observations: Licensing audited the Medication Administration Records of persons in care. PRN medications were documented as administered without the result of the PRN effectiveness documented regularly and consistently.

Observations: Licensing reviewed the weight records for persons in care. Many records were missing 1-4 months where weights were not recorded for persons in care.

Description: A licensee, other than a licensee who provides a type of care described as Child and Youth Residential or Community Living, must display in a prominent place in the community care facility the most recent routine inspection record made under section 9 (1) (d) of the Act.

Observations: Licensing toured the facility. The last inspection report was not found to be displayed anywhere. The manager recalled it being displayed on a certain wall, but it was no longer there.
