Observations: Licensing observed that the fire drill had only been implemented four times since the last Routine Inspection. The dates were as follows: May 4, 2023, September 20, 2023, November 21, 2023 and February 27, 2024.

Corrective Actions Taken By Licensee: Licensing reviewed corrective action plan dated May 16, 2024 which had been followed. CAP indicated in part: All staff will receive additional training on reportable incidents, focusing on the timing of reporting, when to report them, how to report them, and who to report them to. All Staff will be required to sign off, noting that they have received this training. All staff will have received training and have reviewed the "child protection manual" by the end of the month (May 2024). Licensing observed documentation signed by staff indicating this had been completed.
