Observations: Licensing observed a wooden slide in the IT1 room that did not have any protective surfacing below. Under 3000 DOLSOP- hard surfaces such as equipment must not be installed over hard surfaces. Licensing observed this corrected at the time of inspection when a large rubber mat was added under the wooden slide.
