Observations: Licensing audited the electronic Medication Administration Record (eMAR) between January 15 to 21, 2024. On January 21, 2024 there were three medications not signed for by staff in the eMAR for one person in care, as required by the medication safety and advisory committee policies. The Manager stated the medications were administered.
