Observations: Licensing reviewed the policies and procedures on this date. Seven of the sixteen policies had a review date between April 2020 and September 2020.
3030 - RCR 83(5)(a)
Description: If a person in care refuses or is unable to be weighed, the licensee must record in the nutrition plan of the person in care the reason why the person in care was not weighed

Observations: Licensing audited two person in care's weight records. Both persons in care had multiple monthly weight records missing. The Manager stated that the persons in care had refused to be weighed.
