Observations: Licensing observed that the child locks on the cupboards in the Group Child Care (Under 36 Months) were broken leaving bleach accessible to children. The bleach was removed at the time of the inspection. Licensing observed the wood covering the gaps under the fence had been removed in three places exposing gaps in the fencing.
