3050 - RCR 62(2)(a)
Description: A licensee must ensure that each menu provides for each day, a nutritious morning, noon and evening meal, with each meal containing at least 3 food groups as described in Canada’s Food Guide,
Corrective Actions Required: Ensure that the menu contains at least three food groups for each meal. Action/s Required by Licensee: Licensee to submit a corrective action plan to Licensing specific to the contravention. Action/s Required by Licensing: On July 23, 2025, Licensee submitted a corrective action plan to Licensing. The corrective action plan included that all menus would be reviewed and revised to include three food groups for each meal by August 15, 2025. The corrective action plan was reviewed and accepted by Licensing.

Actions Required By Licensing: Follow Up Inspection to be conducted.
To Be Corrected By: August 15, 2025
Observations: Regarding complaint intake July 14, 2025. Through the investigation process, Licensing determined that the meal for each day, did not contain at least three food groups as described in Canada's Food Guide.

Corrective Actions Required: Ensure that the menu for each day provides at least two nutritious snacks, with each snack containing at least two food groups as described in Canada's Food Guide. Action/s Required by Licensee: Licensee to submit a corrective action plan to Licensing specific to the contravention. Action/s Required by Licensing: On July 23, 2025, Licensee submitted a corrective action plan to Licensing. The corrective action plan included that all menus would be reviewed and revised to include two food groups for each snack by August 15, 2025. The corrective action plan was reviewed and accepted by Licensing.
