Observations: Licensing observed that two staff (ECEA, ECEA) were present with eight children in the Group Child Care (Under 36 Months) program. One ECEA was covering for a staff(ITE) who was attending a medical appointment. Staff stated that their regular ECE had resigned the previous day.
