3010 - RCR 37(1)(e)
Description: A licensee must not employ a person in a community care facility unless the licensee or, in the case of a person who is not the manager, the manager has obtained all of the following: evidence that the person has complied with the Province’s immunization and tuberculosis control programs.
Corrective Actions Required: Ensure that evidence to support that employees have complied with the Province's immunization and tuberculosis programs are obtained.

Observations: Licensing audited eight employee files. Two of the files did not include documents that the employee had complied with the Province's immunization program.
3060 - RCR 49(1)
Description: A licensee must require all persons admitted to a community care facility to comply with the Province’s immunization and tuberculosis control programs.
Corrective Actions Required: Ensure all persons admitted to the community care facility comply with the Province's immunization and tuberculosis programs.

Observations: Licensing audited five persons in care charts. One chart did not include evidence that the person in care complied with the Province's immunization program.
3070 - RCR 11(1)(b)
Description: A licensee, other than a licensee who provides a type of care described as Child and Youth Residential or Community Living, must display in a prominent place in the community care facility the most recent routine inspection record made under section 9 (1) (d) of the Act.
Corrective Actions Required: Ensure the most recent Routine Inspection record is displayed in a prominent place in the community care facility.
