Observations: Licensing observed in Preschool 3 room that heavy play equipment was place on a high up shelf and a bleach and water cleaning solution was accessible to the children in care.

Observations: Licenisng observed certificates for three staff not posted at the facility in the IT4 room, IT2 rooms and the IT1 room. Licensing observed manager post the certificates at the time of inspection.
