Observations: Licensing observed the following hazards in the outdoor play space: A wasp nest was observed in one of the two small wooden play houses; blackberry brambles with sharp thorns had grown through the back fence and were accessible to children; a sharp nail protrusion, accessible to children, was observed on the small wooden play house. Licensing took photos of the hazards.

Observations: Licensing observed a communication book with no recorded entries since the beginning of January, 2023. Manager stated that all communication with parents regrading minor incidents was done verbally at drop-off and pick-up times.
