Observations: On January 28, 2022, Licensing received a copy of two person in care's monthly documented medication counts for cannabis oil, as required by the facility's medication policy. Both cannabis oils had been returned to the pharmacy on January 24, 2022 which no longer required medication counts.

Description: A licensee must ensure that a person in care’s medication is returned to the dispensing pharmacy if the expiry date on the medication has passed.
