Observations: Licensing observed 10 children in care in a Group Child Care (School Age) program that had a capacity of 9 children, this was exceeding the maximum capacity on the facility Licence for this program.
3000 - CCLR 15(2)(c)
Description: A licensee must ensure that each piece of furniture or equipment for sleeping is appropriate for the size, age and development of the children intended to use it.
Corrective Actions Required: Ensure children use appropriate equipment for sleeping.

Description: Without limiting subsection (1), a licensee must ensure that the ratio of employees to children attending a community care facility is no less than that permitted in Schedule E.

Description: A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (c) daily attendance record, indicating for each day whether the child is absent or, if the child is present, the time of arrival and departure
