Observations: Licensing observed many items cluttered and stored high on top of each other behind the curtains of the playroom where children have access. This represents a hazard to the children in care if the items fell on top of the children, they could be injured.

Observations: Licensing observed children eating on a recliner chair and walking around with food. Additionally, Licensing observed food left out around different areas of the downstairs.
