Corrective Actions Taken By Licensee: Licensing observed that the storage bin on a tall shelf in the bathroom of the Group Child Care (30 Months to School Age) program had been relocated to a storage closet, inaccessible to children in care.

3000 - CCLR 47
Description: A licensee, other than a licensee who provides a care program described as School Age Care on School Grounds, must ensure that any heated water accessible to children is heated to no more than 49° Celsius.
Corrective Actions Required:
Corrective Actions Taken By Licensee: This item was corrected at time of inspection. Manager stated that a water regulator had been installed in the girls washroom of the Group Child Care (School Age) program. Licensing measured the hot water, which was 35 degrees Celsius this date.
Actions Required By Licensing: No further action required; this contravention has been addressed.
