Description: Without limiting subsection (1), a licensee must ensure that the ratio of employees to children attending a community care facility is no less than that permitted in Schedule E.

Observations: Licensing observed two Group Child Care (Under 36 Months) programs with the following staff to child ratio: Three staff (ITE, ECEA, ECEA) with eleven children and Two staff (ITE, ECEA) with six chidlren. This did not meet Schedule E. The requirement would be ITE, ECE, ECEA with eleven children and ITE, ECE with six children.
