Description: A 1.8 metre (6 feet) clearance around equipment is considered safest
Corrective Actions Required: Ensure adequate clearance around climbing equipment. Six feet is considered safest.
Corrective Actions Taken By Licensee: Licensing observed that stumps had been moved into the gap creating a functionally linked system. Staff stated that children had direct supervision when traversing in this area.
Actions Required By Licensing: No further action required; this contravention has been addressed.
