Corrective Actions Taken By Licensee: Licensing toured the fourth floor and tested the hot water in four bathrooms. The hot water temerature read 41 and 42 degrees Celsius.

Observations: Licensing audited five person in care's bathrooms and observed medicated creams not securely stored in three bathrooms. The Manager stated they were in the process of implementing a caddy storage system to address this area of non-compliance.
