Observations: Licensing reviewed three staff files and observed one file missing a valid criminal record check clearance letter.

Description: A licensee must ensure that each employee practices implementing the emergency plan at least once each year.

Observations: Licensing observed on the yearly emergency drill record log a yearly drill was last implemented in May 2023 and observed the Licensee state they had not implemented a yearly emergency drill within the past twelve month.
