Observations: Licensing observed at 2:51 pm. one child come outside while Licensing was measuring the outdoor play space. Within thirty seconds a staff (ECEA) came outside and took the child back inside. Another child had notified the staff that a child was outside in the play space.

Observations: Licensing observed six children in one of the Group Child Care (30 Months to School Age) program which has a capacity of four children. This exceeded the maximum capacity for the program.
