Observations: Licensing observed that there was no sanitizer available for diapering surfaces after each use. The sanitizer was kept in the upper floor of the house and inaccessible to the Licensee.

Description: A licensee must ensure that all indoor and outdoor play materials and equipment accessible to children are safely constructed, free from hazards and in good repair.
