Observations: Licensing observed cat feces in the bathroom used by children in care, this was corrected at time of inspection. In the outdoor play area a broken slide measuring 3 feet in height that had cracks, the cracks had been temporarily fixed with duck tape that due to weather and wear had deteriorated exposing the cracks.
