Observations: Licensing observed the following items: cleaning products accessible to children in the bathroom for the Group Child Care (Under 36 Months) programs; large toys with wheels stored outside on top of the shed that could fall off and injure a child and the gate not secured while children playing on the 11th floor outdoor play area. Licensing observed a staff run over to ensure a child did not leave the outdoor play area when the wind blew the gate open.

Description: The licensee must review the care plan at least once each year with a parent of the child requiring extra support and any person requested by the parent.
