Observations: Licensing observed one tall metal locker not secured to the wall in the entrance to the gym and in a tall white shelving not secured to the wall in the upstairs Group Child Care School Age) program. Licensing observed that sanitizing products with directions to keep away form children were accessible to children in care.

Licensing observed that sanitizing products with hazards labels were no longer accessible to children in care.
