3010 - CCLR 20(1)
Description: The licensee must not permit a person over the age of 12 to be ordinarily present on the premises of a community care facility while children are present, unless the person is of good character and the licensee has obtained a criminal record check for that person.
Corrective Actions Required: Ensure a CRC is obtained for a person over 12 that is ordinarily present. Action/s Required by Licensee: Licensee to submit a corrective action plan to Licensing specific to the contravention. Action/s Required by Licensing: Between November 13, 2025 and November 28, 2025, Licensee submitted a corrective action plan to Licensing. The corrective action plan included: The Licensee stated they had submitted an application to obtain a CRC for the person over 12, 2025 through the Licensing Office. The corrective action plan was reviewed and accepted by Licensing.

Observations: Regarding intake September 8, 2025. Through the investigation process, Licensing determined that a CRC had not been obtained for a person the age of 12 that was ordinary present.
3030 - CCLR 39(1)
Description: A licensee must ensure that children are supervised at all times by a person who is an educator, an assistant or a responsible adult.
Corrective Actions Required: Ensure children are supervised at all times. Action/s Required by Licensee: Licensee to submit a corrective action plan to Licensing specific to the contravention. Action/s Required by Licensing: Between November 13, 2025 and November 28, 2025, Licensee submitted a corrective action plan to Licensing. The corrective action plan included: Active supervision would be maintained by regular head counts through out the day, during transitions, both indoors and outdoors; positioning to ensure clear view of all children and conducting voice checks [calling out to children for a response]. The corrective action plan was reviewed and accepted by Licensing.

Description: A licensee must keep current records for each child showing (a) the information set out in subsection (2)

Action/s Required by Licensing: Between November 13, 2025 and November 28, 2025, Licensee submitted a corrective action plan to Licensing. The corrective action plan included: Children's records would be completed prior to enrollment. The corrective action plan was reviewed and accepted by Licensing.

The corrective action plan included: The attendance records would include the arrival and departure times. The corrective action plan was reviewed and accepted by Licensing.

Observations: Regarding intake September 8, 2025. Through the investigation process, Licensing determined that there was no record for one child indicating the daily attendance.
3070 - CCLR 58(2)(a)
Description: The licensee must develop the care plan in consultation,with a parent of the child requiring extra support and any person requested by the parent.
Corrective Actions Required: Ensure care plans are developed in consultation with the parent requiring extra support. Action/s Required by Licensee: Licensee to submit a corrective action plan to Licensing specific to the contravention. Action/s Required by Licensing: Between November 13, 2025 and November 28, 2025, Licensee submitted a corrective action plan to Licensing. The corrective action plan included: Care plans would be developed in consultation with parents and reviewed regularly. In addition, the care plans would be dated and signed by the parents. The corrective action plan was reviewed and accepted by Licensing.
