3030 - CCLR 34(2)(a)
Description: Without limiting subsection (1) a licensee must ensure that children attending a community care facility are divided into groups, with each group having no more children than that permitted in Schedule E, (except FCC/IHMACC/REC; child qualified if in age range or within one month (except GCC School Age)).
Corrective Actions Required: Ensure that the Licensee has no more children than that permitted in Schedule E. Action/s Required by Licensee: Licensee to submit a corrective action plan to Licensing specific to the contravention. Action/s Required by Licensing: On May 15, 2026 Licensee submitted a corrective plan to Licensing. The corrective action plan included: the additional child that walked to and from school with the Licensee and enrolled children, was no longer registered at the facility.

Observations: Regarding intake April 1, 2026. Through the investigation process, Licensing determined that the Licensee did not meet the age requirements related to the service type set in Schedule E.
3080 - CCALA 7(1)(b)(i)
Description: A licensee must do all of the following:(b) operate the community care facility in a manner that will promote the health, safety and dignity of persons in care
Corrective Actions Required: Ensure that the licensee operates the community care facility in a manner that will promote the health, safety & dignity of persons in care. Action/s Required by Licensee: Licensee to submit a corrective action plan to Licensing specific to the contravention. Action/s Required by Licensing: On May 15, 2026 Licensee submitted a corrective action plan to Licensing. The corrective action plan included: children would be picked up from the facility before 2:20 pm to ensure that transfer of care would not overlap and exceed the maximum capacity of seven. The additional child that walked to and from school with the Licensee was no longer registered at the facility. The corrective action plan was reviewed and accepted by Licensing.
