Observations: Licensing observed the outdoor front yard play space, there were two items considered to be hazards: 1) the wooden border along the chain linked fence was rotten and large pieces of board were loose- considered a tripping and snagging hazard; 2) the first two lower steps of the combo climber/slide structure were rotting, the step surface was loose and considered a tripping/snagging hazard.
