Observations: Licensing observed that the corrective action plan to mitigate the risk of lead in water was not being followed, specifically, a recorded log was missing for a morning flush conducted in the Metchosin room.

Observations: Licensing observed that a two-minute flush of lead in water conducted on August 21, 2024 had not been recorded.

Observations: Licensing audited 10 children files, all files were missing a record showing children's gender. Staff stated this information had been removed from all children's registration forms.

Description: A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (c) daily attendance record, indicating for each day whether the child is absent or, if the child is present, the time of arrival and departure

Observations: Licensing audited attendance record for the week of August 19, 2024 and observed that one child was missing sign out time for Aug 20, 2024 and blank records were observed on Aug 19, 2024 that did not clearly indicate if children were present or absent.

Description: Teach children how to be safe, act responsibly at playground, how to correctly use play equipment & to be aware of potential hazards
