Observations: Licensing observed at 2:51 pm. one child come outside while Licensing was measuring the outdoor play space. Within thirty seconds a staff (ECEA) came outside and took the child back inside. Another child had notified the staff that a child was outside in the play space.

Corrective Actions Taken By Licensee: Licensing recieved on July 7, 2023, an amendment to increase capacity to the Group Child Care (30 Months to School Age) program Cedar and remove the Group Child Care (30 Months to School Age) program Spruce. The increase in capacity was approved by Licensing on August 31, 2023. The Cedar room is now Licensed for 25 children and staffing meets Schedule meets Schedule E.
