Observations: Licensing observed three Early Childhood Educator Assistant's (ECEA) in the 301 GCC (Under 36 Months) program. There was no Infant and Toddler Educator (ITE) in program. The Infant and Toddler Educator is currently away on medical leave and to be returning in two weeks.
