Observations: Licensing observed an infant seating toy in the outdoor play area was in disrepair with the cloth seat ripped and exposed the inner material.

Observations: Licensing observed five children in the Multi-Age Child Care program, of which four were under 36 months. Schedule E of the Child Care Licensing Regulation states three children under 36 months old maximum can be in ratio in a Multi-Age Child Care program.
