Observations: Licensing observed that heated water accessible to children was heated to 54 degrees Celsius. This represents an immediate risk to health and safety of persons in care and must be corrected immediately. Manager has stated that a staff member will stand at the sink and supervise the children at all times while they are washing hands to ensure their health and safety. Full compliance will not be achieved until the plan has been implemented and completed.
