Corrective Actions Required: Ensure that behavioral guidance is appropriate to the age and development of the child who is receiving the guidance. Action/s Required by Licensee: Licensee to submit a Corrective Action Plan to Licensing specific to the contravention. Action/s Required by Licensing: On May 28, 2025, Licensee submitted a Corrective Action Plan to Licensing. The Corrective Action Plan included additional staff training and review of facility policies. The Corrective Action Plan was reviewed and accepted by Licensing.

Observations: Regarding intake May 23, 2025. Through the investigation process, Licensing determined that staff picked up and carried a child against their will to move the child from the outdoor area to the indoor area.
