Description: A licensee must ensure that water accessible to a person in care, from any source, is not heated to more than 49° Celsius.
Corrective Actions Required:
Corrective Actions Taken By Licensee: LO tested the temperature of the hot water. Was measured at 47 Celsius. Assistant manager stated he is taking the hot water temperature daily when he arrives and documents it. If the water is too hot, he turns the temperature down on the hot water tank.
