Corrective Actions Taken By Licensee: Ensure to provide Licensing with a record kept of emergency drills.
Actions Required By Licensing: Follow Up Inspection to be conducted.

Observations: Licensing observed there was no record of the emergency drills available at the time of the Routine Inspection. The Licensee/Manager was not on site and the Early Childhood Educator did not know where to locate the record.
3070 - CCLR 56.1(2)(b)
Description: A licensee must keep a current record of each person to whom the written statement is delivered in accordance with that section
Corrective Actions Required: Ensure to obtain a copy of the refund policy for each person (s) in care.

Observations: Licensing audited five children's files. Five children's files did not have a copy of a refund policy.
