3070 - CCLR 57(2)(d)
Description: A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (d) name and telephone number of a parent, medical practitioner (doctor's name and number does not apply to REC only) and emergency contact

Observations: Licensing observed a snow fence dividing the approved outdoor play space into two sections. The manager stated that one section of the approved outdoor play area would no longer be available for children's use. Licensing did not receive notification of this change to the on-site outdoor play space.
