Corrective Actions Taken By Licensee: On March 31, 2022 Licensing observed that the slide had been removed, the hockey goal was no longer in use and no metal pieces where noted on the wall of the facility.

Observations: Licensing observed the outdoor space in the Group Child Care (School Age) had a plastic slide pushed up against the fence, a hockey net with peeling paint chips and rust and a sharp metal piece sticking out of the cement wall. Licensing observed the hockey net removed from the play area and the slide pulled away from the fence at the time of the inspection.
