Observations: Licensing toured the bedrooms of 23 persons in care and observed that eight bathrooms of the persons in care had shower drain covers that were not secured in place.

Corrective Actions Taken By Licensee: Licensing audited the bedrooms of 21 persons in care, and did not observe any medications that were not safely or securely stored.
