3040 - CCLR 53(1)(a)
Description: If a licensee has agreed with a parent to give a child any medication prescribed by a medical practitioner or provided by the parent, the licensee and his or her employees must ensure that the medication is (a) administered to the child in the amount and at the times specified by the child’s parent or in the child’s record or care plan
Corrective Actions Required: Ensure that medication provided by a parent is administered at the time and amount written in the medication release plan or have a care plan for administration of medication

Observations: Licensing observed that all parents had provided and signed a medication release form (Benadryl) which had not had an amount or time.
3070 - CCLR 57(2)(a)
Description: A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (a)name, sex, date of birth, medical insurance plan number (MSP number does not apply to REC only) and immunization status.
Corrective Actions Required: Ensure for each child a record of the child's immunization status.

Observations: Licensing observed that several children did not have immunization status documented on their files.
3070 - CCLR 57(2)(i)
Description: A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information:(i) a photograph or digital image of the child, and other information that can be used to readily identify the child in an emergency

3080 - CCLR 11(1)
Description: A licensee must display in a prominent place in the community care facility both the licence, including any terms or conditions of the licence, and the name of the manager.
Corrective Actions Required: Licensee to ensure that the License is assessible for viewing at the facility.
