Observations: Licensing observed a patio area on the premise which was designated for smoking. At the time of inspection approximately seven persons in care were observed smoking in the designated area. The facility is owned by the Health Authority and this practice contravenes section 2.21(2)(a) of the Tobacco and Vapour Products Control Act.
