Observations: Licensing observed a bouncy castle in the designated outdoor play area that was being using for children's in care. Licensing reviewed the manufacturers instructions that stated the bouncy castle was to be used for children 5 to 10 years of age. The ages of the children in care ranged from 1.6 months. to 5.4 months.

Observations: Licensing observed several low growing blackberry bushes, a low growing holly bush and a poisonous laurel surge plant that was accessible to children in care.

Description: A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (d) name and telephone number of a parent, medical practitioner (doctor's name and number does not apply to REC only) and emergency contact
