Observations: Licensing observed nine children in the Group Child Care (Under 36 Months) program with one Infant Toddler Educator (ITE), one Early Childhood Educator Assistant (ECEA) acting as the Early Childhood Educator (ECE) and one Responsible Adult (RA). Schedule E of the Child Care Licensing Regulation requires one ITE, one other educator and one ECEA for a group of nine to 12 children. Licensee Contact moved one child to the Multi-Age Child Care program during inspection, making staff to child ratios compliant.
