Corrective Actions Taken By Licensee: At this inspection Licensing observed the steps to the upper deck were blocked with a gate. Building supplies at the side of the house, brambles and prickles had been removed. Loose building materials in the outdoor yard had also been removed. The grassy areas were even and did not pose a tripping hazard.
