Observations: Licensing observed an unsecured storage bin on a tall shelf in the bathroom of the Group Child Care (30 Months to School Age) program.

Description: A licensee, other than a licensee who provides a care program described as School Age Care on School Grounds, must ensure that any heated water accessible to children is heated to no more than 49° Celsius.

Observations: Licensing observed the hot water in the girls washroom in the Group Child Care (School Age) program measured 56 degrees Celsius. This item represents an immediate risk to health and safety and must be corrected immediately. The hot water was turned off during the inspection this date. Licensing remeasured the hot water and the temperature was 20 degrees Celsius.
