3000 - SPS DOLSOP (Depth)
Description: Depth guidelines for loose fill material (if protective surfacing used) :
minimum 15 cm (6”) for 1.5 metre (5’) equipment height
minimum 30 cm (12”) for 2.3 metre (7’) equipment height
(Consider surfacing table, Triax, etc.)
Corrective Actions Required: Ensure depth guidelines for loose fill material of 6 inches for equipment height of 5 feet.

Observations: Licensing observed a newly installed climbing dome of 5ft in height. the wooden chips were sufficient at 5inched directly beneath the dome; however there were no ground surfacing outside the base perimeter of the dome. the chip surface did not extend to provide resilient surfacing outside the dome base. the current ground surfacing consists of imbedded roots, grass and moss.
3010 - CCLR 19(1)(a)
Description: A licensee must not employ a person in a community care facility unless the licensee or, in the case of a person who is not the manager, the manager has first met with the person and obtained all of the following: a criminal record check for the person
Corrective Actions Required: Ensure for each employee of the community care facility a valid Criminal Record check is obtained.

3010 - CCLR 60(3)(b)
Description: A licensee must keep all criminal record check results and character references for the entire time that the subject of the criminal record check or character reference is ordinarily present on the premises.
