Observations: Licensing tested the sink accessible by persons in care and the temperature read 54 degrees Celsius. This represents an immediate risk to the health and safety of persons in care and must be corrected immediately. The Manager adjusted the hot water tank during the inspection to not allow hot water to go above 49 degrees Celsius. Licensing tested the hot water again on this date, and the temperature read 35 degrees Celsius.
