3010 - CCLR 20(1)
Description: The licensee must not permit a person over the age of 12 to be ordinarily present on the premises of a community care facility while children are present, unless the person is of good character and the licensee has obtained a criminal record check for that person.
Corrective Actions Required: Ensure a criminal record check is obtained for any person ordinarily present.

Observations: Licensing observed that a person ordinarily present had an expired criminal record check.
3010 - CCLR 22(2)(c)
Description: A licensee must ensure that each employee practices implementing the emergency plan at least once each year.
Corrective Actions Required: Ensure the emergancy plan is practiced at least once a year.

Observations: Licensing observed that an emergancy drill had not been practiced in the past year.
3070 - CCLR 57(2)(a)
Description: A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (a)name, sex, date of birth, medical insurance plan number (MSP number does not apply to REC only) and immunization status.
Corrective Actions Required: Ensure a record is kept for each child showing their medical insurance plan number.

Description: A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (d) name and telephone number of a parent, medical practitioner (doctor's name and number does not apply to REC only) and emergency contact
