Observations: Licensing audited seven staff files and one staff file did not contain a criminal record check. Staff stated that the criminal record check had been sent into the Criminal Records Review Board on July 19, 2023. The file contained a criminal record check from a different organization.

Corrective Actions Taken By Licensee: Licensing observed that the Group Child Care (Under 36 Months) program was accessing the play space while the Group Child Care (30 Months to School Age) program was on a field trip. The Manager stated the two different programs have an outdoor schedule in which the two programs are not using the outdoor play space at the same time.
