Observations: Licensing observed the cupboard under the sink in the Group Child Care (30 Months to School Age) had cleaning products accessible to children in care. The cupboard had a lock on the door which was not closed at the time of inspection and children ate . A bottle of Febreze was located beside the sink and the soap dispenser, accessible to children in care in the Group Child Care (Under 36 Months) program. Licensing observed the cupboard under the sink locked and the Febreze removed from the bathroom at the time of inspection.

Description: A licensee must not employ a person in a community care facility as an educator or an assistant unless the person holds a valid certificate issued under Division 2 [Employee Qualifications], which must be verified by the licensee using a system established and maintained by the director of the early childhood educator registry
