Observations: Licensing audited 6 staff and 6 volunteer files and observed that one volunteer file was missing record of two character references and another volunteer file was missing record of one character reference.

Observations: Licensing observed that the monthly fire drill was not practiced or recorded in April or June 2021. Facility Manager stated the drills were most likely not performed these months.

Observations: Licensing observed that the yearly emergency drill was not practiced or recorded since October 2020, Manager notified licensing that the emergency drill had not been practiced since this date.
